fc444 Terms and Conditions

fc444 is an online entertainment platform that provides casino games, slots, live gaming and sports betting services. To use this platform, you must comply with the following terms and conditions.

• fc444 reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Users will be notified when changes take effect.

• Accepted payment methods for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.
• The person making the deposit and the registered account holder must be the same person.
• Deposits made through a third party are not permitted.
• The deposit amount will be added to the account after successful verification.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum amount for each withdrawal transaction is ৳500 (five hundred taka).
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour of the request.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Active bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, fc444 may temporarily suspend the withdrawal and request additional verification.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is complete.

• The welcome bonus applies only to the first deposit of new users.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. fc444's wagering requirement is 15x the total of the bonus and deposit amount.
• Wagering must be completed before winnings earned using the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Any attempt to earn bonuses by using multiple accounts or exploiting system vulnerabilities will result in all bonuses being cancelled and the account may be suspended.
• If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Specific promotions may have additional terms, which will be stated in the relevant promotion details.
• fc444 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion.

5.1 VIP Program Terms

• fc444's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold.
• Weekly cashback at the Bronze tier is up to 0.3%, at Silver up to 0.7%, and at Gold up to 1.0%.
• VIP tier advancement depends on regular activity and play. The criteria for tier advancement are determined by fc444.
• VIP benefits are non-transferable.

All games and betting activities on fc444 are governed by the following rules:

• There must be sufficient balance in the account before placing a game or bet. There is no option to play on credit.
• Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled (unless the specific game rules allow for cancellation).
• fc444 reserves the right to cancel abnormal results or incorrect payouts caused by technical errors.
• Game results are determined by an independent random number generator (RNG) or a live dealer.
• In the event of any sports betting event being cancelled or postponed, a decision will be made in accordance with fc444's specific rules.
• In cricket betting, bets can be placed on BPL, IPL, T20 and ICC tournaments as well as international matches.
• Maximum and minimum betting limits may vary by game or event.

• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Attempting to hack, crack or modify the gaming software in any way.

• Opening or operating an account for a minor.

• fc444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason, without prior notice.
• In the event of a breach of the terms, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.
• A user may also permanently close their account through the support team if they wish.
• After submitting an account closure request, no attempt to open a new account may be made.
• For accounts that have been inactive for a long period, fc444 may close the account with notice.

fc444 will not be liable for the following:

• Game interruptions or session losses caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Damage caused by problems with the user's own device or software.
• Transaction delays caused by disruption of third-party payment provider services.
• Password or login information being exposed due to the user's own carelessness.
• Service unavailability due to unexpected natural disasters or force majeure circumstances.
• Financial loss incurred by the user as a result of using the platform — gaming always carries risk.
